Tech at Play

I do welcome the submission of relevant press releases.  By submission, I mean precisely that – and not throwing my email address into an automated machine with which to flood my poor inbox. In addition, I appreciate the courtesy of press releases being sent to me from a live e-mail account that is also actively monitored.

As a general guide, all embargoes on press releases will be honored. The confidentiality of privileged information will also be kept.

In the case of embargoed information, please indicate the duration of the embargo prominently at the front of the document or email. If any information that you send me is confidential, please indicate the privileged portions clearly.

Having said the above, please be informed that I will not be held responsible for the leakage of any embargoed or confidential information. By sending the information to me, you are automatically indemnifying me against any damages and also waiving your rights to legal recourse should I inadvertently or deliberately reveal privileged information.
